Aluminum screen printing frames that are pre-stretched and made in the China. All of the frame sizes here are calculated by the outer dimension. Constructed with alloy, hand-cut and welded, and sanded smooth, our aluminum frames are strong, watertight, and completely flat. We carry frame profiles ranging from 1 x 1 inch to 1-3/4 x 4 inch, wall thicknesses of 1/16 inch or 1/8 inch, size ranges of 3 x 3 inch up to 14 x 14 inch, and mesh thread counts ranging from 24 to 420 tpi.
